What is the reward?
The Pana Referral Program offers:
US$5.00 for you, as the referring user.
US$5.00 for the person who signs up with your link, as the referred user.
The reward is credited to each user’s Pana account once all program conditions are met.
How do I participate?
To participate, you must have an active, verified, and approved Pana account.
Here’s how it works:
Share your personal referral link from the Pana app.
The person you invite must sign up using your link.
The referred person must complete and pass the account verification process.
The referred person must add at least US$20.00 to their Pana account and then make a purchase with their Pana card for a minimum of US$20.00.
Once the requirements are met, the corresponding reward will be credited.
How much time does the referred person have to complete the process?
The referred person has 14 calendar days from the moment they sign up to complete all program requirements.
This includes:
Completing registration.
Getting the account approved.
Completing a valid transaction.
If all requirements are not completed within this period, the reward may become ineligible.
Which transactions are valid to receive the reward?
The following methods count as valid ways to add funds and activate the reward:

✅ Remittances
✅ Crypto Wallet: USDC/USDT
✅ PayLink
✅ Card top-ups
Note: You may use any of these methods to add the minimum amount of US$20.00 to your Pana account. After that, you must use your Pana Visa Platinum Card to make a purchase of at least US$20.00.
Which transactions do not apply?
The following transactions do not count as valid transactions to activate the reward:
Transfers between Pana users.
Can I request more time if the deadline expires?
Approval of an extension is subject to review by Pana and may only be granted once per referral.
You can request it through the support chat in the app or by emailing support@getpana.app.
Is there a referral limit?
Yes. Each user may receive rewards for a maximum of 10 successful referrals.
If you exceed this limit, additional referrals will not generate a reward for you. However, the referred person may still receive their bonus if they meet the applicable requirements.
Who does not qualify for the program?
The program only applies to new users who have not previously had a Pana account.
The following do not qualify:
Existing users.
Self-referrals.
Accounts created with false or fraudulent information.
Registrations that are not completed using the personal referral link.
Suspicious, automated, or spam-related activity.
Pana may review, suspend, or cancel rewards if unusual activity, violation of the terms, or possible fraud is detected.
When is the reward credited?
The reward is credited automatically once all program requirements are met within the applicable timeframe.
If the transaction made by the referred person is later reversed, canceled, or declared invalid, Pana may reverse the credited reward.
