✅ What You Need
- A Pana account with a U.S. Routing Number and Account Number 
- An active Chase checking account with access to Chase Online or Chase Mobile 
- Matching names on both accounts (recommended) 
🔍 To locate your Pana banking details:
Go to the Pana app → Add Money → Bank Transfer
🔄 How to Add Your Pana Account in Chase
- Log in to Chase Online or open the Chase Mobile app 
- Tap Pay & Transfer > External Accounts > Add an External Account 
- Enter the following Pana account information: - Account holder name (as shown in your Pana profile) 
- Routing Number (from the Pana app) 
- Account Number (from the Pana app) 
- Account type: Checking 
 
- Chase may send two small trial deposits to verify the account 
- In 1–2 business days, log back in and confirm the deposit amounts to complete the setup 
💵 How to Transfer Funds
Once your Pana account is linked:
- Go to Pay & Transfer > Schedule Transfer 
- Select your Chase account as the source 
- Select your Pana account as the destination 
- Enter the amount to transfer 
- Choose the transfer date and confirm 
⏱️ How Long Does It Take?
- ACH transfers from Chase typically take 1–3 business days 
- You’ll receive a notification in your Pana app once the funds are available 
⚠️ Tips to Avoid Issues
- ✅ Use ACH transfers in USD 
- ❌ Don’t use wire transfers — Pana only supports ACH 
- ✅ Ensure your account name matches to prevent rejection
