✅ Requirements

Before you begin, make sure you meet the following:

  • ✔️ A verified PayPal account.

  • ✔️ An active Pana account in good standing.

  • ✔️ Your Routing Number and Account Number (USD) from Pana.

    • Find them in the Pana app: Add Money → Bank Account.

  • ⚠️ Your Pana account must have a minimum balance of $1 USD in order to be successfully linked to PayPal.

    • If your balance is $0, PayPal may reject the bank connection or the verification process.

  • ✔️ A stable internet connection.

🔄 Steps to Link Your Pana Account and Transfer Money

  1. Log in to your PayPal account (web or mobile app).

  2. Go to Wallet.

  3. Select Link a bank manually.

  4. Choose the account type: Checking.

  5. Enter the Routing Number and Account Number shown in the Pana app.

  6. Review and confirm the information to complete the bank link.

  7. Once linked, return to Wallet.

  8. Click Transfer MoneySend to Bank.

  9. Select your Pana account as the destination.

  10. Enter the transfer amount and review the details.

💡 Pana Account Verification (Micro-Deposits)

In some cases, PayPal may require bank verification using micro-deposits:

  • 🇺🇸 Pana accounts in the U.S.

    • Check Recent Transactions in the Pana app.

  • 🌎 Pana accounts outside the U.S.

    • Go to Profile → Bank Verifications.

Enter the micro-deposit amounts in PayPal to complete the verification.

⚠️ Reminder: If your Pana account balance is below $1 USD, micro-deposit verification may fail.

⏱️ Processing Time

  • Transfers from PayPal to Pana may take 1 to 3 weeks, due to PayPal’s internal policies.

  • You’ll receive a notification in the Pana app once the funds are available.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • The name on your PayPal account must match the name on your Pana account to avoid delays.

  • Transfers must be made in U.S. dollars (USD).

  • Some Pana users may experience issues linking their PayPal accounts.

    • Depending on your PayPal account details (such as country, account age, or account type—personal or business), PayPal may:

      • Ask for online banking credentials of the associated bank, or

      • Indicate that the connection is currently unavailable.

  • You do not need to connect using the associated bank’s online credentials.

    • These messages originate from PayPal and relate to how they interpret our partner bank.

    • Some users have successfully linked their accounts by trying again after a few days.
