💳 Important Information About the Pana Platinum Card

The Pana Card is an international Visa Platinum card, designed to provide security, exclusive benefits, and full control over your transactions.

When using your Pana Global Card, the following fees apply for ATM operations. These fees may vary depending on the ATM operator and the country where the transaction is performed.

ATM Withdrawals

  • Withdrawal fee: $1.50 USD + 1% of the withdrawn amount, per transaction

  • Per-withdrawal limit: Up to $250 USD per transaction

  • Frequency limit: Maximum of 3 withdrawals within a 24-hour period

Declined ATM Transactions

  • Fee per failed attempt: $0.85 USD per transaction

This fee may apply if the withdrawal is declined due to insufficient funds, exceeded limits, or other ATM validation issues.

ATM Balance Inquiry

  • Inquiry fee: $0.85 USD per transaction

💱 Foreign Exchange Fee (Transactions in a Currency Other Than USD)

  • All transactions conducted in a currency other than USD are subject to a 1.6% foreign exchange fee.

  • This fee applies to:

    • Merchant purchases

    • ATM withdrawals

    • Payments processed in a foreign currency

The final exchange rate will depend on the rate applied by the corresponding payment network.

💳 Daily Card Spending Limit

  • The maximum daily spending limit for the Pana Card is $3,000 USD per calendar day, or its equivalent in local currency.

🚫 Prohibited and Restricted Use

Pana operates under strict regulatory and compliance standards. As a result, certain countries, activities, and types of expenses are restricted or prohibited.

This list includes, among others:

  • Countries where card issuance or usage is not permitted

  • Prohibited types of businesses

  • Restricted spending categories (e.g., cryptocurrencies, drugs, weapons, dark web, unregulated loans, etc.)

Failure to comply with these policies may result in transaction declines, temporary account restrictions, or account closure, as applicable.
